Complaints and Returns

All complaints regarding wrong billing deficiencies in that package, please make it within 3 days of delivery.

We are humans and we can make mistakes, but we strive to fix them. You will not incur any additional fee besides the return postage costs or delivery.

We take responsibility for complaints received over this period.

Return Policy

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the items purchased, you can return within 10 days of their receipt.

Above rule will only apply if the product is delivered in the state was received, in original box, undamaged, with no bruises or other signs to show improper use, not to wear the product.

Reception will be held by us within 48 hours after returning the product.

Please write an email to office [at] simar.ro before returning the product.

10-day period begins to run from receipt of goods.

When exercising the right of cancellation by you, we will refund the sums paid, without additional charges will apply.

Reimbursement will be made within 30 days of unilateral contract.

We will refund the full amount of the product, excluding shipping costs.

Nothing in this shall be completed by the Government Ordinance no. 21/1992 on consumer protection, amended and completed.

Prices

Our policy of fair prices and stable prices requires long-term.
All prices on this site are in GBP and include VAT. Prices do not include shipping charges. Shipping fee is 15 RON for delivery throughout the country and is added to complete system control over product price.

Orders

Custom or site registration, please do not omit to provide us with your correct data of your company or your order will be confirmed to the email address you provide will also be sent a confirmation email and on delivery.
